Think outside the screened-in box. By removing the screen and cutting wood to fit the lower portion of the screened in porch area, the space converts to a cozy pack porch oasis.

Using a little wood and paint isn't the only creative use of ideas here! We love when our customers think outside the box to pull off a look using our Neighburly floormats perfect for covered porches!

Because our floormats are hand made, lining up two mats may require a little handy work... but the look is flawless! All you have to do is get a super sharp box cutter (be careful please!) and a straight edge.  Score the back of the doormat until you get a clean line.

And this might give us an idea for future products!  Be sure to follow us on Instagram and Facebook to watch for new floormat products and ideas!

Before:
A dirty neglected screened in back porch.  The sunroom felt too exposed and not cozy enough for an outdoor sitting area.

After:

The chicken wire and screen was removed from the lower portion of the screened in porch. The decorations were removed from the screen door to give it an updated look. Pressure treated wood boards of varying widths were cut to size and painted with exterior paint. A little patio furniture, a few plants, and two double door doormats placed side by side to create the perfect cozy porch!
